Magdalena Gzocha
- Kindergarten director with more than 14 years of teaching experience and 8 years of experience in educational management. As a certified trainer of TUS (Level I and II) and hand therapy, she actively conducts classes to support children's social and motor development. In her daily work, she combines effective management with attentive presence in groups, taking care of the emotional well-being of her charges and a high standard of education. She systematically develops competence in the field of cognitive-behavioral therapy.

Ilona Blach
For 10 years I have been associated with the Kindergarten Motylek 2, with which she invariably shares a passion for working with children and a commitment to their harmonious development. In her work she combines elements of pedagogical therapy and hand therapy, confirmed by a certificate. She pays special attention to building relationships based on mutual respect, empathy and non-violent communication. She is close to learning through play and enabling children to actively explore the world in a multisensory way. She believes that every child has potential, which develops best in an atmosphere of safety, acceptance and joy.
